All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account. ng88b may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If any individual is found operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be suspended and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts from the same device is prohibited.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address is not allowed.
• If multiple members of the same household share a device, ng88b must be informed in advance.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. ng88b will not be liable for any unauthorized activity that occurs on your account.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If an account remains completely inactive for 12 consecutive months, ng88b may mark it as an "inactive account". The user will be notified by email in advance regarding an inactive account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ng88b supports only the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — A digital transaction service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Rules

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• For suspicious transactions, ng88b may request additional documents for verification.
• Transactions may be suspended if there is any concern of money laundering or other illegal activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ng88b offers new members a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount, i.e., ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• ng88b reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.3 VIP Program

ng88b's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Members move up to higher tiers based on their activity level and volume of bets.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be settled according to applicable rules once they are finally recorded. ng88b reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets will be settled according to standard rules. In the case of any disputed result, ng88b's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

The individual rules of each game apply when playing casino games, slots, fishing games, and live casino tables. The games are operated by reputable third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and fair play is ensured.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ng88b platform:

• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to make risk-free profit by placing bets across two or more accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Using any automated software, bots, or other technology to operate an account.
